The new Emergency Notification and Response software application system from Amcom Software, Inc. sends messages to unlimited people and groups via any formatphone, email, pager, fax, printer or LEDand automatically captures replies from the recipients. Depending on the responses, the system will continue to notify/escalate to more people or groups until the right number of people respond. Scalable, standards-based and highly configurable, the system supports a multitude of communication devices, protocols and rules. Systems are designed within modular, standards-based architecture, utilize Oracle RDBMS and Linux/UNIX/Windows servers, and integrate into any communications network infrastructure.
